NOTICE OF PRICE INCREASE:

We at West End Consultation Group strive to provide comprehensive and affordable care to our patients. Unfortunately, operating costs have increased significantly over the life of our practice and in order to continue providing necessary care to the community we have made the difficult decision to increase our service rates. This increase will be effective as of May 1st, 2025.

Our address is 5775 Wayzata Blvd, Suite 830 (8^th Floor), St. Louis Park, MN 55416. 

We are in the Park Place East building within the West End neighborhood of St. Louis Park. Our building is located by Costco (South Entrance) and shares a parking lot with TGI Fridays (North Entrance).  You can park in either the South or North lot to efficiently get to our clinic.  

From Minneapolis, take 394W to the Park Place/Xenia exit.  Take a left onto Park Place Blvd and then a right turn onto W 16^th St. Continue on 16^th street and turn right into the parking lot for Park Place East building (across from the Costco). This will bring you to the South Entrance of the building.

After parking in the lot, walk straight in and you will see the elevators, take the elevator to the 8^th floor.  Once on the 8^th floor take a left and continue down the hall past the bathrooms and our office will be located on the left hand side of the hall way, suite 830.
